✦  Is this for me?

You might be looking for support if…

Memories or reminders still feel overwhelming

You feel on edge, numb or easily startled

Sleep, trust or closeness have become harder

You’ve tried to “just move on” but it hasn’t worked

✦  How we can help

What working together looks like

Trauma therapy always begins with safety. We’ll take time to build trust and grounding skills before working with difficult memories, and you stay in control of the pace throughout.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a well-researched approach that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they feel less intense. It’s one of several options we may explore together.
