✦  Is this for me?

You might be looking for support if…

You’d like to hear from others with similar experiences

You want to practice skills in a supportive setting

You’re looking for a more affordable option

You’re finishing individual therapy and want ongoing support

✦  How we can help

What working together looks like

Our small groups (6–8 people) meet weekly for a set number of weeks, led by one or two of our therapists. Each session combines a short teaching piece, guided practice and time to share — only as much as you wish.

Upcoming groups include Calm Mind (anxiety skills, 8 weeks) and New Parents Circle (6 weeks). Dates are posted here and in our newsletter.

✦  Questions

Common questions

No. You’re welcome to listen until you feel ready. Many people find simply hearing others helps.

Every member agrees to keep what is shared in the group private. We talk about this together in the first session.

Book a free consultation and let us know which group interests you. We’ll check it’s a good fit before the group begins.
