✦  Is this for me?

You might be looking for support if…

You understand your patterns but still feel them in your body

Stress shows up as tension, numbness or exhaustion

Talking alone hasn’t felt like enough

You’d like to feel more at home in your body

✦  How we can help

What working together looks like

Somatic therapy brings the body into the conversation. Alongside talking, we notice sensations, breath and movement, and practice small, gentle ways of helping your nervous system settle.

Nothing is forced — you are always in charge of what feels comfortable, and we can adapt every exercise for online or in-person sessions.
